none of our guards or bigs box out?  They literally just stand there and ball watch as the shot is up, instead of going to the spot and putting their ass on someone.  Goes back to this team not liking contact and being soft, IMO.

Michigan does not even try on defense. There's no accountability. Rebounding is same story, these guys do not even attempt to block out. Embarrassing. If Robinson wasn't shooting out of his mind they would be losing. The defense has reached a point where Beilein has to be called out because this is pathetic.

Well said. It's game after game season after season. Same shit. 

No one cared when Michigan had historically efficient offenses, but at some point you have to prioritize rebounding, playing sound defense, and not worrying about fouling all the time because your offense can only carry you so far.

Beilein = Rich Rod in terms of not giving a flying fuck about defense.

is when NKU #34 is on the floor (McDonald).  Kid's a true freshman and it shows.  This was when Donnal got his quick points.  Once they took McDonald out and slid Billups down, U-M just stopped going inside entirely.  Team is just so one-dimensional on offense.

will be playing a school that is located entirely on an island (although some might debate that it is technically only a peninsula).  What is Michigan's record against island schools?

on Belein about how bad this team is on defense/rebounding.  I know that he mentioned they need to work on it, but to be ranked 324th in the country at rebounding for a team that is 3 yrs removed from playing in the national championship is ridiculous.  

How hard is it during practice to see a shot and tell each person to run to the block and put your ass into your man for positioning.  You may not get the ball, but you can help one of your teammates by blocking them out.  Quit playing like pussies!  

On a positive note, Robinson is just ridiculous but he won't get those clean looks in B10 play.  I like how he's starting to put the ball on the floor and distribute though.
