So are we that good? Or Wisky that bad?

Or both?

Probably both. Their offense was really bad at first, so I wonder how they would have played if their QB didn't get hurt. Their defense is clearly very good, and will be one of the best, if not the best, that they play this year.

We are pretty good but I’m still tamping my expectations, just in case Wisky and the other teams we’ve played are “that bad”.

I still don’t think we’re as good as some of our fans and the media made us out to be before that Rutgers game, but I am excited that the team seems to be getting better as this game went on and did not collapse after that drive at the end of the first half. That last TD before halftime by Wisky gave me flashbacks of years past when we would collapse in the 2nd half even when taking the lead into halftime.

Some of both.  Wisconsin has some glaring holes, and we have deficiencies that we need to shore up if we want to be a top team.  But I have been impressed overall with what this team has accomplished so far, though I still have concerns about our offensive philosophy.

Honestly both are true....this isn't typical Wisconsin  but Michigan for the first time in a long  time went on the road and did what they were supposed to do.

Why does it matter? We won.  That’s all that matters.  Whisky has a great defense and a terrible offense.  And we looked good.  And we won!

I think the 13-10 score at half time, was probably more representative of the relative levels of the teams. Once Mertz got hurt, they were done. I will say, I think Wis defense is legit good, and us being able to move the ball on them is a good sign after last week.

Wisconsin is objectively a bad team. They have absolutely zero offense, no QB. This may be Chryst’s worst team at Wisconsin yet.

We’ve got a good run game, no quarterback, no receivers, and we still have incompetent coaching. We will lose 3-4 games by the end of the season. Harbaugh will unfortunately buy himself another year, lather, rinse, repeat.

This team has a lot of fight, and love their confidence.   But, I thought Cade looked really shaky and uncomfortable throwing the ball.   I think this team is good.   But unfortunately, far from great.   It is great to see the team trending in this direction though, and gives me a lot of hope for the future of the program now.
