Shemy is a football scout. One of Bo's stepsons, Matt, got in a bit of a tiff with the Athletic Department over a memorabilia scheme gone wrong many years ago. That might be what you're thinking of?

This used to be the Michigan Football Bust at Laurel Manor by the M Club of Greater Detroit.
Last year it was the Michigan Football Awards Show and the trophies presented were called the Schemmies.
It was cool but to be honest I wish they had just kept it a banquet style and maybe held it at a larger venue and less expensive prices. Michigan Basketball’s banquet prices were $60, iirc the Laurel prices were $80?
