Saturday "It's Too $#%&ing Hot" Drinkin' Thread

Old lawn mower broke so I went to get a new one at Home Depot. By the time I got home it was raining off and on. I've now finished mowing/weeding/blowing in between bursts of rain which have made the Houston humidity 100000000000% to go with 86+F temperatures.

I lost about 15 lbs in water and now can't move except to type this message.

Played ice hockey on this 90 degree day...weird feeling. But now doing a brewery crawl in Chicago. Cheers

Only 90 in Cinci. Our AC has been busted since last fall and finally got around to fixing it one day before the heat wave. Probably a couple Michter's Rye Manhattans later.

and I'll probably have a few Bud Lights in a couple hours while channel flipping between the Tigers and USMNT. Living in Jacksonville, have to rely on the Tigers playing on national TV. Thankfully the stars aligned and I'll see a Verlander start.

Went to both Bell's Eccentric Café and to Latitude 42 today. The double Two hearted was awesome. I ended up getting a growler of it.

A pleasant 75 degrees here in Vail, CO. Drinking Paulaner and enjoying an occasional toke.

I love the heat.  I rode my bike 60 miles, took the family to the lake for some beach time and washed it all down with some Oberon.  There aren't many places better than Michigan in the summer.

Switching between Bell's Hopslam, Sam Adams Cherry Wheat and an occasional Coors light while I do just about every odd job one could do outside today.

In the summer we complain about the heat and in winter we complain about the cold.  That's why Fall is awesome.  Oh yeah, and Michigan football too.  Gonna start drinking in about 30 minutes.  Going with my old standbys -- Smirnoff/Sprite Zero/splash of Cran-Raspberry.  And then a Bell's Oberon or Dos Equis Lager nightcap.

80-82 and not humid today.  sunny.  cooling nicely right now.  bbq  lit, cheapo red wine next to me.

hung dry wall at a buddy's place then took 6 of the kids to the lake to swim.  the cattle are having a mini-stampede with the neighbor's cattle - we've got the 'boy' cattle, they've got the 'girl' cattle.  this could prove problematic in the days and weeks to come...

I went to a lawyers v judges softball game in Grand Rapids, then to Perrin Brewing Co and had a sour. Great place!
