Saban breaks up fight

Submitted by Bluelake on

Did anybody see the scuffle on the Alabama bench last night?

Right before half the camera pans over to the Bama bench and there is Saban getting between a player and somebody.

The friggen game is going on and he is breaking up fights....Too funny.

That kid wanted to go after someone and beat them up. I don't know if it was his own teammate, coach or the opposing team's player. But he was definitely angry. I am expecting Finebaum to clarify how this is Harbaugh's fault.

Good for him but fuck Alabama and Saban.

Also, the rest of the SEC looked average this first weekend. It looks like maybe one of the easier roads to the championship that Alabama has had. My stomach gets upset thinking about the possibility of them winning another. I am so sick of Saban and Alabama.

Georgia was the only team that looked decent. But even Georgia had trouble against UNC and were bailed out a few times by Refs. I am sure Bama's DL will bottle up their RB. I feel like one spot in playoff is decided. Let us see what Ole Miss can do? Someone said that in a thread and I forgot who. Money can buy players in SEC, but coaching matters. Hate to say it. Freeze is no Saban. I expect Bama to roll. Damn.

A 1 loss Big Ten champion is highly at risk from being pushed out by any of the following:

- A 1-loss SEC champ (ESPN and friends, duh.).

- A 1-loss Clemson or FSU.

- A 1-loss Notre Dame, who has never been in the CFP.

- An undefeated Houston, for political correctness reasons.

The combination of politics (yes, they still exist) and MSU playing dead last year in the CFB put the Big Ten champ at risk if it has a loss.

If an undefeated Houston is picked over 1-loss B1G champion, thee is something wrong. A B1G champion is going to play a minimum of 2 if not 4 ranked teams during the course of the season. Not Houston. While what I said can be disputed, I have a hard time believing what you are saying. Even with what goes on in the sports politics. Playoff committee has been fair so far.

Well Michigan spanked Florida last year! Ohio best Bama!

So not sure how that would be the case.

If Michigan and OSU was in the SEC and both teams tapped the SEC talent more...I would say Michigan and Ohio would be 1-3 top sec for sure!

Even credit MSU...they did a lot with 2 and 3 star guys.

Go blue! Big Ten is better and Wisky helped prove that!

And Missouri lost ....A&M should have lost Kentucky .... The sec is Bama and the rest with enough depth to be decent but if the B10 had the marquee loss LSU did along with these close calls and losses, the story would be how bad the conference is SEC apologists will be in full force this week to explain how 'trickle down economics' applies to the Bama win,
