Well he was pretty good last year and I think a lot of people thought he'd be very good this year. Watson kind of sucks now though, so that doesn't help.

Totally. He has shown flashes of being an aboverage #2 WR behind Cooper. His QB play has hindered it. MGrowOld recently commented on the Browns' offensive struggles.
EDIT: He'd be a good Lions' trade target. X receiver that can take the top off the Def.
