I haven't been under 200 lbs since my Rodina days. maybe I should start doing coke. (quitting drinking works for a couple weeks. but sooner or later a really bad day at work hits)
And there have been some moments. But that's what the weed and Xanax are for. No calories!
Bought some Golden Pineapple and Girl Scout Cookies from my favorite budtender in Bend, OR. Gonna watch a few movies tonight with the old lady when the kids finally turn in for the evening. Don't really drink much anymore and to be quite honest, I've never felt better. Have lost 35 lbs on that Sativa diet!

in retrospect, the clam chowder and frozen egg rolls for lunch may not have been my best idea either.
Notice the phrase "one year". The competitions always started late and ran long. The wife and I decided that wasn't an optimal use of 4-5 hours on the weekends + windshield time. I know your pain, man. The drinks will taste extra good when you finally get home.
Kicking off police week in DC early. Finally sampling some local brews even though I've been here since July. Any DC people or even those in the know have any ideas what to try? Also anyone attending Police Week? This is my first one, I'm off Thursday and Friday, waiting to see if my leave gets approved for the rest of the weekend.

I went to grab a sucker of rolling rock last night. As I'm walking out of the store the cops have a car pulled over, and are arresting a couple for having a mobile meth lab in their car. Due to the fumes the cops shut the place down and told us all to leave the premises. Definitely an interesting way to end a Friday night.
Buffalo Trace on the rocks fancies me enough right now.
Also, Wayne Lyons is getting a tryout with the Saints today per Nick Underhill a blogger for the New Orleans Advocate.
