Per his twitter.

So, now what does the OL look like next year?

Potentially looking at two new starters.

There are typically a handful of them with few to no work experience each year, but they generally need to be exceptional candidates in other ways and usually have something other than work experience that they can bring to the table.

Even beyond work experience the MBA culture is vastly different than undergraduate culture at Ross (or any MBA program, frankly). You're talking about a group of people mostly between the ages of 26 and 30, many of whom have spouses or kids, and all of whom have very different priorities and life experiences than someone out of undergrad. It's very hard to connect with or relate to your classmates when you just haven't spent any time out of college (almost similar to adults going back to school when they're older, just the reverse situation)

I went to Ross 2 years after graduating, which made me the 2nd or 3rd youngest person in the MBA program and even then it was a bit of an akward cultural fit at times. No matter how smart and accomplished you are, you'll get more out of the expierneice with a few years out in the real world.

Ross has a few one year programs that you can do right after undergrad but they are NOT MBAs.

Either master of management or accounting. The masters of accounting is pretty common for anyone with a Ross BBA undergrad who wants to go into accounting.

The masters of management (1 year program) seems like Ross's biggest bullshit offering in my opinion. It's essentially a bunch of kids who were non-business majors that couldn't get good business jobs so they're using the one year program to get jobs that are offered to undergraduates.

Good luck to the young man! I honestly didn't see the intrigue from his position to come here... Harbaugh would have been the only enticing piece to it all from his perspective being a Texas kid.

Newsome, Braden, Kugler, Cole, Magnuson is my guess.

Kalis, Dawson, JBB as backups in that order. Probably will slide Cole back out to Tackle if an injure occurs there (knocks on wood).

As a donor and a part of my local alumni chapter, I can say that most alums that I've met would rather lose than do things the wrong way, most non alums would rather keep up with the joneses. Now in this particular case I didn't read it as a joke, maybe it was idk if it is no harm. Even if I didn't like it what could I do? MO doesn't matter Harbaugh ultimately makes those decisions
