The pressure of coaching at Michigan

Most head coaches get eaten alive with the pressure of coaching at Michigan.  It affects their decision making, confidence and overall ability to stay focused and win.  Jim Harbaugh is the latest example of this.  He has gone from a lion to a meek kitten and has lost all focus, mojo and ability to motivate.

Jim Harbaugh has always crumbled under the pressure. Lost to a shitty Oregon team at Stanford when they could've made it to the title game, lost 2 fluky NFC title games and lost on the last play of the Superbowl.

His brother is the clutch one. We hired the wrong guy.

This team has way more talent then Wisconsin.  Look at how much better coached Wisconsin is.  You might not like Meyer but he is dead on we don’t use the talent we have

People living paycheck to paycheck all over the country. Soldiers in warzones.

Harbaugh is making 7.5 million. Fuck his pressure

How is the pressure on a head coach unique at Michigan? Do you think there isn't pressure on coaches at other major programs? If anything Jim has less pressure because of the culture of Michigan overall compared to OSU, Bama and other football factories. In short, this is a dumb point.
