It's a good thing they lifted the penalties against the reformed penn state.

If Hill has signed a written offer of admission to PSU, it may not be a violation. Florida took advantage of a loophole involving them last year. It is a violation of the spirit of the rules at the very least, but if technically legal it just means another rule will get changed.

If he didn't sign the offer, it's a blatant violation and not just limited to Hill, apparently. LSU lost the ability to accept EEs for two seasons for a related violation.That's a hard wrist slap and PSU's violation would be worse.

I'm guessing PSU's compliance department is not staffed by idiots.
