Again, as former law student I can tell you there is NO ROOM for a stadium. Its a small campus nestled in a VERY wealthy and expensive area of the Miami suburbs. They'd have to knock down 3/4 of campus to put a stadium there. The best they can hope for is to go in with a potential Miami MLS franchise for a smaller stadium somewhere in Little Havana.

This is a great hire for Miami who doesn't usually pay their coaches a lot in comparison with other programs. Richt will make them good. Heck, he can't do worse than Al Golden.

its a culture clash.  Golden was supposed to bring discipline to Miami and it just simply clashed with the kids Miami recruits and their backgrounds from the rough streets of South Florida.  Richt is a Miami guy, but he will have the same problems getting his message across to those players.  It could go well, but it could also blow up just like it did for Golden.

Lollllll that this is trending on Twitter. I wonder if they aren't going to get as much out of this as they think. Dude straight quoted Jesus RE: crucifixion during his firing press conference.

Richt will be to Miami what Harbaugh is to Michigan.  CMR is gonna kill it there.  As much as I dislike Miami, watching Richt crush UGA in a bowl game would be a delight to watch in the future.
