Guy is a little crass for me, but good luck to him. Isn't he like 70 now?

Born in 1954 and is now 61. Don Imus is 75.
December 15th, 2015 at 9:31 AM ^
is Imus doing these days? His incoherence was hypnotic to me at times.
December 15th, 2015 at 9:40 AM ^
I really don't know. 15 years ago I used to listen to Imus during drive-time to work in the D.C. area, but I drifted away and haven't kept track since. I think he's still on the air somewhere. But where, and what he's doing ... I don't honestly know.

he was living on his ranch in Arizona or New Mexico, and doing a simulcast on the Fox Business channel (I think only on TV on the weekends though?) Not sure if he's syndicated or not anymore

Will forever say this out loud when I hear someone says NBC. Thank you, Howard.

Giamatti was awesome also. Love his work.

Overall, the show is OK, but his interviewing skills are actually getting better with age. His questions and the handling of the Don Henley segment last week were outstanding.

want about Stern - and I admit sometimes his shows are a bit much, but there is not a better interviewer on the planet.
December 15th, 2015 at 9:22 AM ^
I thougth he was funny at first, but I got tired of him after a couple of months. I never could get into talk radio. After a while you just feel like you are listening to the same show over, and over, and over, and over.
December 15th, 2015 at 9:28 AM ^
I noticed he was propped up on some awful show as a judge. I think I am about 10 years too young to understand what made him a big deal, or why what he does is entertaining.
December 15th, 2015 at 9:58 AM ^
You should try listening to him doing an interview with someone famous on youtube. They are great.
December 15th, 2015 at 10:01 AM ^
Most people think of Howard as this perverted shock jock (which he once was). Now he's a lot more tame and the best interviewer on the planet. Can't tell you how many times I was completely uninterested in a guest before the interview, and became a huge fan of theirs afterwards.
December 15th, 2015 at 1:32 PM ^
outstanding interviewer. My 72 year old dad has Sirius and loves listening to Howard's interviews.
December 15th, 2015 at 5:50 PM ^
... he asks a tougher question and follows it up with "be serious," ... as if he's not going to let the interviewee off the hook with some BS answer.
December 15th, 2015 at 10:06 AM ^
Start with Sour Shoes pranks Steve Langford
Ronnie the Limo Driver's sex tips
Then go to the Ms. Butter Face contest live in Vegas
Then any of the It's Just Wrong contests
All of the Louis Ck interviews
The Wilmer Valderrama interview
Jerry Seinfeld interview from 2 years ago
And anything that involves someone from the show ripping on Eric the Midget (yes, I realize that's a non PC term, but that's the name you'll find all of his videos under, so relax)
ETM zero point zero is a good start, followed by Artie and Gilbert Gortfried rip on ETM
Then watch Private Parts, worst case scenario is you get to see Jenna Jameson naked when she was still hot.

They used to play often about two guys working out together. The phrase "so round and muscular" was used a lot and the two guys in the skit end up fucking.
I've scoured the internet for that bit and haven't been able to find it.
December 15th, 2015 at 9:56 AM ^
Wahoo!!! Howard Stern is the man, hope he never stops!
Anyone ever notice how when he's starting an interview with a famous someone that he doesn't really know he always starts with, "Heyyy, look at you! Loooook at chyou!"
December 15th, 2015 at 10:18 AM ^
I'm looking forward to the next 5 years of outstanding interviews and song parodies.
