OT: Football broadcasts in Spanish

I have xfinity and for the past couple of weeks some of the football broadcasts have been airing in Spanish for me. Last week’s Lions game on Fox, Thursday night’s game on the NFL network, and a couple of games today on ABC. WTF is going on?  It's really irritating that the audio on ABC is several seconds behind the video. Any advice on how to fix this?

I haven't had cable in a while, but I think I remember having a similar issue once. If I recall, it wasn't an issue with the TV, but instead was a setting with the box. I think I fixed it in the by getting to the settings for the box and adjusting the language settings. 

It had something to do with defaulting to the Spanish option when it was available in both Spanish and English. I'll update if I remember more. Good luck!

That's funny. My mother-in-law had that problem and it drove her crazy for days before I fixed it. If I remember right, it's the SAP setting and you can only access in program by pressing the pause button and changing it. It's maddening because only shows that broadcast in SAP will trigger it. Once you turn it off, it will stop happening unless you accidentally trigger it again.
