OT - Fantasy Football Start Sit Thread Week 5

Both the Browns and Cardinals have 3 backs that can legitimately get carries today. Also don't know how much Ellington is going to play his first game back. I play in DK and FD games and I'm absolutely avoiding them.

Think I like Gordon. Hill had 3 TD last week but on 9 touches. Gio seems to still be getting bulk of the carries.

Jeremy Hill is a fumble monster who gets benched and scores 3 measly points over two weeks and then I put him on my bench and then the next week he has two TDs and I lose my game by 10. He's on the bench for me again this week because Seattle's rush D is really good and I have three other credible starting fantasy RBs on my roster.

Fantasy football is frustrating as shit.

I have a pretty decent team but have to play the Pittsburg defense as the Jets are on a bye. Does anyone see any hope with that defense? I don't need anything big, just not a disaster.

Still not quite sure about how the Rams rotation is going to shake out. Bernard is still in a shared carries situation and I think that the packers defense isn't as good as the Seahawks.

I would take my chances with Gordon. I don't love that pick because Woodhead takes away a lot of his carries and is the 3rd down back. I wouldn't touch Hill today though so Gordon by default.

I'm thinking the Pats should wax Cowboys today so I expect Blount to get his fair share of carries running the clock out. Jones shares reps with two other backs but Atl's D isn't that great. Gio is going up against the legion of boom and shares reps with Hill.

Both could be sleeper picks as they just might put up good numbers against the defenses they're going against. Flacco is flukey/inconsistent and doesn't have Smith or his starting TE but just because I said that he might have a big game. Vick is a true risk/reward pick.

Also, my other Standard league. Joseph Randle v NE. I have both Alfred Morris and Matt Jones. I am thinking NE tough run D and may be up big forcing the passing game. So instead of playing Randle I was thinking Jones and Morris together because they are running against a flimsy ATL d?

I honestly don't see the Cowboys keeping up with the Pats today which means Blount would be running the clock out. At the same time Abdullah through carries,catches,and special teams will have a lot of opportunities to make plays with Bell out.
