OT: Ever been to a bowl game?

i was at the 2001 Citrus Bowl in A-train's last game when Michigan beat Auburn by 3 points. FOURTH straight bowl win. Those were fun times.

vindication for that 1984 Sugar Bowl when Bo Jackson's Auburn didn't even score a TD and won.

Just stop making accounts after you get banned.

You're on your 18th. Don't you realize that you should probably change your posting tendencies if you're gonna start a new account after being caved time and time again?

Losers like me who live on this site pick up on it instantly. Just saying.

Lost to USC.  Sucked.

Don't remember who our mike backer was that day, but he stood Ricky Bell up down near the goal line--so hard you could hear up near the top of the stadium at the 40-yard-line, where I sat.  Then SC brings in this freshman named Charles White.  And yet, Rick Leach completes a laser bomb near the end of the game, but we can't punch the ball in.  I had an extra ticket by the way, if you were interested...

1986 Rose Bowl (last game for Harbaugh in a Michigan uniform) - Loss to ASU

1997 Rose Bowl (nuff said) - Win over WSU

2004 Rose Bowl (If Braylon doesnt drop the sure TD on opening drive it's a different game IMO) -Loss to USC

2011 Sugar Bowl (winning ugly in the Big Easy) - Win over VT

2012 Outback Bowl (best I've ever seen Michigan play in a loss) - Loss to USC

Yeah, on that Outback Bowl. I really had no complaints about the play in that game other than "why did that highly ranked secondary allow that final TD?!"

If they won that game, that stupid clowney hit doesn't get nearly the hype it gets. South Carolina made an eerrily identical hit on Thomas Wilcher back in the 1985 game, but nobody remembers it since Michigan kicked their ass.

Such a shame. That 2012 team was a really good team that had a ridiculously tough schedule.

I was there, 5 rows up in the end zone where Sir Charles made that game changing INT to stop WSU from taking a 14-0 lead.

GREAT GAME we won!!!

'94 Holiday Bowl, a 24-14 win over CSU!!

Went to the '02 Holiday Bowl too, that was some experience, I was in the Chargers owner's box and met many famous people.

We must've been sitting very close to each other cause this was pretty much my view of the pick although i was up about 10 rows.  Other than that play all the action (it seemed) was at the other end of the stadium but when the game ended the band set up in front of us and played the Victors about 1,256 times in a row as the players waded in to high five us.  There's a pic the Freep took from above that they gave out in the paper in the next day as a special insert that shows me and my brother high-fiving somebody as he came through the crowd.

Good times....er....GREAT times.

FYI when i went under for my Cancer surgery they told me to go to my happy place before the anethesia kicked in.  That was where I went.

Shoot, I've had a pretty good run.  Too bad my W/L record looks like Bo's.  Actually, if trends continue, we've got some W's coming!

I was there too and at the time I would have agreed. Afterwards though, when I realized how often USC sacked Us and generally lived in the backfield, I'm not so sure we wouldn't have just gotten buried under the avalanche. Ridiculously talented USC team too - that definitely was on display. Leinert wasn't too impressive, but that freshman RB was freaky quick ...

Yes my first and only michigan bowl game was the sugarbowl in 2011/12. Been to numerous new orleans bowls to see my second favorite team, university of louisiana.

I was at the 2008 Capital One Bowl as an MMB member, and I went to the 2012 Sugar Bowl with family.

I also went to the 2005 Outback Bowl with my high school marching band. Georgia beat Wisconsin 24-21 and current ESPN analyst David Pollack was the game MVP.

I went to the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl last season. Yes the game sucked but I didn't care. I have only been to 4 games in my life. 2 home games, the game against Alabama and the bowl game last season so any time I see them in person I make sure to enjoy it win or lose

Been to three.

2005 Alamo (experience was fine, minus the loss and Ecker not pitching back to Breaston, except one Big Red fan in front of me was a dick the whole game and deserved to get smacked)

2008 Capital One (obviously a wonderful experience- lots of fun watching our guys go wild on Urban's/Tebow's Gators.  I went ahead and went to Sparty/BC in the Champs Sports Bowl, same venue, 5 days before our game).

2011 Gator (awful.  Awful team.  Awful cowbells.  Awful.).

It was Iowa-Washington -- My dad won tix in the Rose Bowl lottery that they had each year.  Instead of watching Michigan blast Ole Miss in the Gator Bowl (Thank you ESPN blackout in the LA area) I watched UW torch Iowa and set a Rose Bowl record for total points in a game.

After that, it's been the 1998 and 2007 Rose Bowls.

2010 Armed Forces Bowl (Army vs SMU) wearing Michigan gear. Lawn seats were like $5 and we like college football.

Sadly, we did not catch any kicks.

2012 Sugar Bowl: it was fun. The game was poorly played, but we won and America thought, "Michigan is relevant" for the first time since 2006. Oh, the Hand Grenades made the night even better in NOLA.
