I do think the RB committee will take Utah and OSU, but do they HAVE to take the cooler poopers? If they're obligated by conference record, obviously yes. Even if not obligated by record, I think OSU is the bigger draw over IA or MSU and the clear choice, but as Gattis noted, they're a soft finesse team and UT will take their lunch money

IIRC, the RB is obligated to take the B1G champ… but if that teams goes to the CFP, they have to take the highest CFP-ranked B1G team … unless two or more B1G teams are “bunched” together in the rankings, then they can pick from that bunch.
So OSU is the pick Maybe Staee will be close enough in rankings to be bunched w tOSU, but … 0-49 half reasons Sparty wont be picked. Doubt Iowa is close enough to OSU today in rankings to be available, and no one wants to see that team in a good bowl anyway.
