They keep tweeting that they have plenty of product. I keep laughing, because they also thought they were prepared for the website traffic. I'm fully expecting to be waiting for my order the week before the opener now. What a joke!

Not a fan of the stuff with the logos so prominent, but I guess they're catering to the Nike fanboys.

Hopefully they reserve the jumpman to basketball apparel only in a few years. Just looks odd on most of the shirts.

I went to MDen early this morning.  The product is very nice.  Several different types of dri-fit are available.  The zip-ups are incredibly soft and comfortable.  The polos and t-shirts fit well and aren't hugely bloated/wide like a lot of clothing.  I highly recommend.

Just call the 800 number that was previously posted.  I placed an order over the phone, it took less than 5 minutes. Wasn't put on hold at all and it was a lot easier and less frustrating than trying it over the website.

Update: able to put everything in the cart I want with multiple refreshes, but it won't let me check out. Keeps saying that I must supply a first name on the shipping address. Never mind the fact that I've done this 15 times. If it weren't for the fact that I've been stockpiling MDen gift cards from relatives for a year, I'd be taking my business elsewhere whenever it's available.

Highly recommend just calling in - I tried online for a couple hours last night and again the morning. Called in and ordered no problem but had to re-dial a few times. Once you're in the queue you're all good. I was able to load the main page with all the products and tell them what I wanted.

Too bad the Jumpman couldn't be replaced by Desmond's Heisman symbol - that looks sweet!

So internet commerce is advanced enough that even grade schoolers can set up an AWS account and scale across servers.  Even as a temporary platform, MDen should have moved from whatever second rate outfit hosts thier stuff to a platform that can actually handle scale.  CloudFlare evens out bumps, it doesn't fix anything when the backend isn't robust enough...

I get that a small store has no 'IT Dept' to do this stuff.  But you would think that the UM Ath Dept - which solely authorizes the MDen as its business partner - might have thrown a little expertise thier way to make sure things stayed alive.

I'll echo everyone else, just call... I put the items I wanted in my shopping cart (which took forever) then gave them item numbers when I called. Off phone in less than 3 minutes and no hold.

i wanna see the shoes, i want those desmond howard white shoes with the pose, and other shoes, besides the coaches shirt and hat and a basketball t shirt and the sandals i want.

Got on at 12:20AM I just looked to see the prices and stuff 10 pages loaded just fine no issues was just looking didn't click on the items.
