Next Weekend Not a Noon Game
November 6th, 2011 at 10:29 AM ^
To bad it wasn't the Nebraska or OSU game, but I'll take it.
November 6th, 2011 at 10:47 AM ^
OSU will most likely be a noon kick. I would think Nebraska should be a 3:30, but who knows.
November 6th, 2011 at 10:58 AM ^
At this point, i think we're out of the B1G title contention so prob will be noon games all the way.
November 6th, 2011 at 11:17 AM ^
We ain't dead yet. State will lose at Iowa and Iowa will lose to Nebraska. If we can take care of Nebraska we're right there.
November 6th, 2011 at 11:22 AM ^
State has to lose twice now though
November 6th, 2011 at 11:27 AM ^
Um no its possible for a 3 way tie at 2 losses, we just don't control our own destiny even if state loses now when before we did.
November 6th, 2011 at 3:47 PM ^
i guess you're right that a 3 way tie at 2 losses is possible...with Iowa and MSU, which presumably does us no good since we lost to both.
There can be no 3 way tie at 2 losses involving UM and Neb.
November 6th, 2011 at 9:51 PM ^
State still has to go on the road for Iowa, and play Northwestern. If Minnesota was giving them fits, then I would imagine Persa/Colter could do a pretty bangup job. And hell, if Indiana can give OSU trouble into the 4th Quarter, then I would say it's totally possible they could hang with MSU; probably not win but you never know
November 6th, 2011 at 5:02 PM ^
I'm still in a daze about yesterday, can anyone else confirm this?
November 6th, 2011 at 7:41 PM ^
Posts like this infuriate me. What happens if you're wrong? There's no accountability in bullshit prediction like this.
This is a post for the sake of posting.

There are more interesting games next weekend than the Mich-Illinois game but I'm not gonna complain bc I'll finally be able to watch a game instead of listen to it on the radio

I see nothing about gametimes on either https://twitter.com/#!/BigTenNetwork or https://twitter.com/#!/bigtenconf

Great, as in not great. My wife insisted on early dinner plans with friends. I was relieved when the game was set for noon, not that I like noon starts, but it ensured I got to see the entire game live.
November 7th, 2011 at 1:27 AM ^
Wouldn't want anyone to bear the burden of meal preparation on Saturday, ya know.

Borges to Hoke= Gerg to Rich Rod! So Michigan has some analytical junkies. Can anyone figure this out for Hoke. If he doesn't fire Borges soon his ass will be grass. I was at the Iowa game and had a group of dumb fucks laughing and thanking me for the play calls all game. It is like have Michael Jordan on your basketball team and having me shoot 3 game winners. It is unfuckingacceptable! Borges is a moron, and if Hoke is loyal to him then he will go down. I like Hoke, but we will soon see if he has any brains. He also may want to start working the refs a little bit instead of this we are Michigan and should overcome this bullshit. Fuck! I am still so mad I can't think straight, any I know unfuckingacceptable isn't a word, and yes commas and run on sentences suck. That is a precursor for all of the English inspectors (critics) on here.

Apparently this dude wants his 15 minutes of TWIS fame
November 6th, 2011 at 12:00 PM ^
Not so much.
November 6th, 2011 at 1:50 PM ^
All the dropped passes. Are those Borges's fault? How about the times when a guy is open and Denard or Devin don't see it or don't aim very well? Or, how about some of the interference cas that were not called but maybe could have been?

Just like RR's offense (or any new offense) the first year, things will be bumpy in the early going but they appear to be close to something. This is not solely a Borges problem. It's more of biproduct of new people working together.
November 6th, 2011 at 9:10 PM ^
Have to show up in every thread. We get you're angry.
November 7th, 2011 at 12:07 PM ^
My apologies, I was highly upset. I still dislike Borges! He is terrible.
November 6th, 2011 at 11:27 AM ^
Shit. I like the noon starts. Oh well, Michigan will win.
November 6th, 2011 at 12:03 PM ^
and changed back to noon, simply because this somehow screws us.
Go Blue!
November 6th, 2011 at 12:02 PM ^
That means I get to sleep in AND watch the game up here in Alaska!
November 6th, 2011 at 12:02 PM ^
Damn. I'll be on an airplane then :(
November 6th, 2011 at 12:52 PM ^
Great. All these damned noon games, and the ONE day that I need for it to be a noon game, it's at 3:30. FML.
November 6th, 2011 at 1:34 PM ^
What is up with ESPN/ABC selecting all these Illinois games for their B1G 3:30 matchup? It's Illinois.
November 6th, 2011 at 1:38 PM ^
which hasnt been done since I was born back in 89
November 6th, 2011 at 1:46 PM ^
Finally, I get to sleep in later on Saturdays.
zzzzzzzzzzzzz
November 6th, 2011 at 1:49 PM ^
Not sure wishing for a 3:30 road game is helping the team....but oh well
November 6th, 2011 at 4:11 PM ^
Get some sleep.
November 6th, 2011 at 6:57 PM ^
picking Michigan/Illinois for the 3:30 game makes no sense at all. However ABC is carrying the FSU/Miami game and will probably shove that down the throats of most of the rest of the country. Also carrying TAM/KSU but who gives a damn other than them.
November 6th, 2011 at 7:28 PM ^
damnit. i thought the game was at noon and i was gonna watch it on my neighbors satalite dich. but my wife insist i take her to see her daughter in indiana yes the daughter that just got out of jail only cause i bonded her out. now im gonna miss the michigan game and i prolly wont get my money from the bitch no way. sometime life just dont seem fair.
November 6th, 2011 at 9:49 PM ^
Was actually hoping for a noon kickoff. Going to see a mighty UVa team take on Duke. Put it off too long and now coming back to bite me...crap.
