Frank Martin got his boys playing well. Let's see if they can take it to a title. What a story that would be.

Too little too late. May's 52% FT shooting ass has made all his and other not-great guys keep hitting theirs...not likely to see many misses here it seems.

Come on.  Obviously Roy Williams's program had nothing to do with academic fraud.  UNC of course is known as a major football school and there is pressure to keep its football players eligiible, whereas no such pressure exists on UNC basketball, which is just a little minnow of a program.

Roy's got the haircut of an honest man.  That's good enough for me.

Perhaps for those years? Definitely not for the last several. The investigation has been treading water for several years now with no clear light at the end of the tunnel. If we're going to take away the wins of clean UNC teams (Like we know the last several years have been, confirmed by every investigation done) then there's no reason not to go and chop down practically every successful program in the last decade whose cheating has been to get players to actually come to the University, rather than just make it easier once they're already there. I find that to have a far bigger impact on a team's success than anything about the UNC scandal.

Imposing sanctions on future teams is one thing, taking wins away is for the teams who cheated, not clean ones who came afterwards. I'm not arguing that they didn't do anything wrong, they clearly did (Although I tried taking one of those classes and they made them all legit smh) but considering that Louisville beat us with a bunch of players who were treated to money, sex, and drugs as incentives to join their team and didn't get their title vacated (or any wins for that matter), calling this a final three because "Carolina totally is gonna have games vacated bro!" seems like quite a reach.
