More Social Experiment: What are our chances of beating Penn St?

Submitted by Lordfoul on
Since the Del St thread has such a low std dev, I figured I'd throw one more game up tonight. So I am compelled to ask: What are Michigan's chances, in your opinion, of getting a win in three weeks vs. Penn St? As before I will only count answers between 1-99% And again, +1 from me for all serious answers. I figure we own Penn St but Clark running loose like a giant, fast Cousins me agusta mucho. It is also in the Big House and therefore I say 45%.

I commented on the other two threads, but two weeks is too far away in football. Either team could lose players too injury. We also wont know the status of Molk's injury until then, which could change the odds/outcome.

Again, subject to change in the next couple of weeks, but since it's at home, I'd put our chances at about 67%. Watching Iowa just kill their O-line made me think that Brandon Graham would be able to get to Clark. If not Graham, perhaps even Roh. They don't have the manpower to double team someone and not be pressured.

assuming that the game would be played next week, in terms of injuries, I would have to say its about 40%. If Clark is on his game like he was against Illinois, it may be a long day.

ahead a bit - but as of right now I'd say 55% (we own Penn State, but they have a mobile qb and we know how that has gone in the past) - subject to change based upon the Iowa game.

Sorry about the three posts in one night. I aim to get data for each game remaining eventually to see where the "average" MGoBlogger really sees us getting to, record-wise. Please don't answer (or on the other hand, please feel free to make snide comments) if you don't feel comfortable thinking this far into the future.

umm around 40% if molk 42%... although the 1 non cupcake team psu has played is iowa (and lost) if minnesota gives them a good game we can catch them on a hangover and beat them... like usc-washington.... if so then 50%

I haven't been impressed with Clark at all - does anyone else think he has been regressing? They have some solid athletes though, and even though I haven't been impressed with Clark thus far, I think he's better than Stanzi.
