Michigan/OSU pictures from Saturday (tons of them)
I've been checking Mike Desimone's picture site ever since the 1996 season. He just posted the shots from this past weekend and there's tons of great ones. Wanted to share...

I think this one sums up our feelings on Saturday....

Awesome! I never did see the handshake between the coaches, and there is a decent pic in there.

Several actually. From the stands I saw Harbaugh grabbed for the tv interview but never saw the handshake. I was hoping I had missed it and am glad to see I did.

I'm printing all these pics and laying on the floor in them & laughing like the Joker.
This is so great.
Go Blue.

Pic #10 is the best. Haskins on top of the mountain.

This is a hell of a collection - there are mini stories with each one and there is a lot to digest. I've bookmarked the page and will refer to it often. After all, my phone's wallpaper needs hourly updating!

My favorite--a perfect summation of The Game:

This is my favorite Michigan football photo. Not only is it visually stunning with the snow, the crowd, and with the most recognizable uniforms in the game, but it also perfectly illustrates what kind of performance Haskin's had.

"The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners."

I have now seen evidence of the folding chairs...it is like seeing the burning bush or something...it is almost evidence of the divine

Toward the end of the game half the team was waving them around.

Frame it and put it in The Louvre!
He got a ton of great shots.

Thank you for this. These are amazing. Everything about the weather and atmosphere on Saturday transported me back to when I was younger and watching Big Ten football on cold Saturday afternoons. I haven't had this feeling in years.

Great stuff. So glad the better team won. Thank you for posting these.

Was hoping for a closeup of 26 about to burst into tears after Keegan and Stueber got right in face. Still, great pics and thanks for sharing

That's some good ish right there. Tons of good stuff.

Wow!
Those are some seriously great pictures... how can one buy some of those?
Go Blue!

Pay the photographer who took them. Mike Desimone isn't the photographer, he just curates these photos from the Associated Press and other sources. Each photo is credited to the entity who owns the photo.

I just watched the fox replay and tears again as the 4th down was short and 2 kneel downs- what a baby haha. But also watching the genuine celebration on the field after. The players didn't just rush to the locker room. They stayed and celebrated on the field with the crowd. And thanks to fox for staying on air and letting everyone witness the moment. They could have easily cut away. Also the hosts after the game were excited and enjoying the really heartfelt celebration. What an awesome feeling no wolverine fan will ever forget.
Go Blue!! On to Indy!!!
