Fool that I am I agreed to travel to Madison for Saturday's game. Although game start is now offically noon (11:00 am there), which is good, latest forecasts show a rain-cold front passing through on Friday that will bring low temps on Saturday (highs in the low 30s) and winds gusting up to 40mph, which is bad. Fortunately the weather will affect both teams' game plans --- M perhaps less so, given that short passes to the TEs and RBs seem to be its "stock and trade."
Long, downfield heaves into 40-mph winds might be good INT candidates, especially with Hornibrook doing the heaving --- he seems good for at least one or two INTs a game. It'd be good to get Ty Isaac back for this one --- especially if Higdon's not full speed. And we'll see what happens with Levert. Damn.
Tough to pick up these injuries just before the two most challenging games of the season. Go BrrrrBlue
