As long as the final two home games in November are at Noon as all November home games should be, I'll be fine.

This game was obviously going to be a 3:30 game.

Aside from me not liking 3:30 starts in general, Bo said after the 1988 Minnesota game which was a slippery, sloppy monsoon that was played with windchill and in the dark on a carpet field that there would never be another 3:30 November game at The Big House again.

We should honor his wishes.

I get the massive inferiority complex that inherently drives you and your like to obsess over all things Michigan, but jw what satisfaction you get out of posting on a site entirely devoted to Michigan. Pls explain. Thanks chief.

So even though there won't be a monsoon and the game won't be played on a slippery, sloppy carpet field or in the dark, we should never have another 3:30 game? Bo made that comment before the stadium had lights. The field is also in excellent condition. Things have changed and it would be dumb not to have 3:30 games just because Bo didn't like them back in the 80's.

Then just show up at the stadium at noon after eating your boring tailgating food, leave the stadium at approx 3-3:30 whenever a noon game should end, and head back home to your mom's basement. Problem solved. If it's a noon game you get to see it, if it's a 3:30 game oh freaking well. Just stop blabbing about your trivial concerns every fucking week when game times are announced.

Appreciate all you do around here, WD, but I'll be honest: its comments like these that make people look at Michigan, laugh, and say "that's a program living in the past."

We all love Bo. But just because he said something should be one way does not mean that it needs to be that way, forever and ever, amen. Times change, pal. Students, players, and especially recruits LOVE night games. Makes zero sense to not have at least one per year.

You're obviously entitled to your opinion, but I'm also entitled to mine when I say I think you have a very antiquated opinion. Should a game against UNLV be played at night? I'd say no. But a game against PSU, Wisconsin, Nebraska, MSU, or dare I say even OSU? Abso-friggin-lutely.

I don't care what outsiders think because they aren't Michigan.

I've acknowledged it's an unpopular preference to want noon games. That's okay.

One night game a year at home against a non-rival B1G opponent or ND is fine.

What makes me laugh are the yokels in east lansing and columbus who crow about us not wanting to have them here for a night game.

Well.....why don't you have us at your place for a night game? I know why. Because there would be problems beyond anything that's been seen yet. And we know how the animals in columbus behave when it's a noon game.

Why is there a preference for Noon games - especially late in the season? I'm genuinely curious as it seems many people have sincere and vociferous support for certain times over others. I prefer night games - but I won't get many of those.

but that hasn't stopped me from being at all of them. Besides, in my younger days, I was accustomed to getting home on weekends 2:30-3 am (or later---or earlier---if I got lucky).
