Clearly you're overreacting. Never said he didn't play a great game. Didn't say he hasn't been huge for us. Down the stretch though shooting FT's is not his forte. He was like 1 of 5, (forgive me if I am off). When your PG can't make FT's close games are never over. Just relax. Great win. Z & Matthews gotta improve from the line though.

It's mind boggling how a guard for a tourney level major conference team can be so bad at free throws. I really hope that during practice Beilein sits Simpson in front of a hoop and makes him do thousands of free throws.

in upset and we should be ranked after controversial call in final seconds vs. Purdue. That play occurred 15 times that game and should never have been called at that time.

They refused to give up and hit key shots down the stretch. Hiring nearly all FTs (minus Z’s collapse) essentially made the difference in the game. The defense was stellar throughout the game. Rebounding was impressive on the defensive side. Overall, it is clear this team can play with anyone.
