Bryce Drew if M is going to take a flyer. Took Valpo to dance 2x as coach in 5 years. Flamed out at Vandy because doing well at Vandy is impossible. Went small school again and has taken GCU to dance 2x in 3 seasons, lost to #2 & #3 seeds. Currently looking like 3rd dance after taking over a garbage program.
I watch a lot of small school basketball on ESPN+ and his teams are very solid. He's still in his 40's too.

The coach would need for michigan to play team ball. Too much ME ball out on the court right now. I like the core group they have now just need them to be able to make each other better.
