Michigan Up to 6 Satellite Camps

With an enthusiasm unknown to mankind Webb has apparently reported Harbaugh will be running 6 satellite camps - I believe the ones in Houston, Tampa and California are new info? I thought these camps would be 2-3 days but apparently they are all 1 day variety. Just about every day from June 5-Jun 10 the staff will be in a new corner of the woods.

Michigan will be at a satellite camp in Prattville, Alabama on June 5 and Dallas on June 9. Per Scout.com's Sam Webb, Michigan will also be at satellite camps in Tampa, Florida (June 6), Houston (June 8) and California (June 10).

Youth camp is for kids in grades 5-8.

Did you also read that this camp is supposed to counter the ties that Blackwell is establishing with the middle school kids?

This is such a smart move...capitalizing on one of the hottest brands in CFB (Harbaugh) along with one of CFBs legacy brands UM. JH has to be one of the few people that could pull this off.

Man he seems to be determined to build a truly elite, modern day program.

I'm glad Harbaugh is doing this. You know damn well there will be a number of schools that will follow suit. These camps should pay dividends immediately. Way to go Jim.
