You may have not redeemed your points for the tickets yet. Once you have a certain amount of points, you have to redeem them for your tickets in order to have them certified. If you accumulate too many points before getting your tickets certified they will stop accumulating. Take your points to the upgrade site and get your tickets so you can have them certified.

A helpful tip on this as well, if you're having trouble with the upgrade site, try using firefox as your browser. You may also need to email one of the mods directly to get an access code to the upgrade site if too many of us are trying to certify our tickets at the same time. I had to do that last time
