He could get the perm but no white guy rocked a 'fro like Bob did. Except maybe Bernie from Room 222. My guess is that will date me.

I think Brian's photo was Biebered.

This was actually posted 3 weeks ago (here), but obviously got lost in the Harbaugh pandemonium. Very cool for Brian, as I'm sure he probably never once thought when he was growing up that he'd ever find himself in Men's Journal article.

According to my wife, I am personally responsible for 7.5 million of those... what the hell are the rest of you doing with your time???

My wife told me if my dissertation would have been on mgoblog, I would have been done in a month.
Instead it took me 2.5 years.

Concerning Brain or his contributions and positions, well, now the public knows. I am inclined to suicide my MGoBlog nom de guerre in exchange for "silver spoon [MF]" oddly enough.
More good things are ahead.

Is he the hivemind?
January 18th, 2015 at 2:56 PM ^
Brain would make for an excellent beekeeper. He engineered the hive and helps spread its Harbaugh.

"...and a baby on the way" congrats Brian!

The Economist, then The New Yorker, then The New England Journal of Medicine, then (and this might be a reach here) MGoBlog.
It'll never get published, but the level above that is Jim Harbaugh's diary.

That's news to me. He's certainly not mentioning it in any stuff that I've read.

With shoulder-length hair. First words, "Want Go Blog." She'll be throwing down code and editing Bacon's text before her fifth birthday.

But just in case, congrats. (Unfortunately, I think my avatar's out of stock.)

I look forward to the 'Hello' post for your new family member! Congratulations Brian!
Much respect to you and the staff here. MGoBlog is the best out there. Love this site and the MGoBlog community as well. Thanks for all you do.

Good work Brian.
Peace.

Cook himself has a mortgage, a marriage, and a baby on the way.
Like others, I got to this sentence and did a "Huh? What?", but in a good way. Congratulations on the impending arrival, sir!
Very nice article, and it is great to see the blog get this sort of attention and this community get credit for gaining some influence.

The best quote of all:
"I've never done any search engine optimization at all."
8 million pageviews per month and no SEO. That's how you can tell that a blogger is sincere and has a great work ethic.

You are a silly goose.
Spencer Hall is a Florida grad and if you read EDSBS, he often says "we" when referring to UF. EDSBS is thus a Florida-affiliated blog, which is what the article said.
Example: his list of "Offseason Reentry Tips" http://www.everydayshouldbesaturday.com/2015/1/16/7559261/offseason-re-entry-tips
"8. Measles/mumps booster. It's a long story, but that's the last time we go to the Independence Bowl."

Great profile and look forward to the hello post.
You'll be amazed how much diaper changing will remind you of the last 7 years.
