Fuller is likely going to OSU. A majority of the balls have been there for a long time. Still, with Harbaugh, Michigan has been more in the running than they ever would have been otherwise. And until the announcement, it isn't over.

I saw that tweet as well... seems like clickbait to me. Last week that same guy was saying a Clemson OV instead of Bama meant Gary was going to Michigan for sure.

I'm guessing that Clemson was impressive in the same way that USC was impressive...in fact, in the same way most programs seem impressive in the immediate aftermath when they pull out all the stops to impress a recruit.
By Wednesday, the shine will be off the Clemson visit and he'll choose Michigan (if he hasn't already).
