A little video worth seeing again
In the locker room after this game:

My first thought was "why would someone post this? It's from two seasons ago (basically)." But then I watched it and you are right! Worth seeing again...

I watched it and still wonder why it was posted. There's nothing wrong with it, but why this particular clip at this particular time? If our next game was MSU it might have some relevance in a general rivalry sense.

Celebrating victories wherever they can I guess. I'll watch highlight videos now and again but they tend to remind me how stuck in the mud our offense tends to be. 5yd carries and 8yd completions don't equal a 20 minute highlight video to me. Not when you turn on Bama, Lsu, Clemson, ttds and others where 20+ yd plays are the entire video. Watching Jeudy, Higgins, Chase and others house a 10yd pass for 70 is a thing of beauty... Something I'm hoping speed in space brings much more of! Not just the couple plays a game.

Because now that we've beaten MSU we can talk about beating MSU?!?!

I like basketball but I can’t wait for football again. Looking forward to going to the Spring Game. It’s a mild “fix” til fall arrives.

Nope. Perfectly content with BBall season even if it’s a bit of a roller coaster this year. Football is all too predictable these days in a bad way
Less national media hype along with more tempered expectations in the fan base outside of the crazies.
It’s been interesting to see Juwan manage the team with all the adversity. Nice change of pace from the usual, predictable let downs of football.

If it's that usual and predictable, it shouldn't be a let down.

You’re right. It’s just boring.

if college football is boring because your team is in the top 20 every year, you should probably stop watching

I'm with you. I need a little break from that, and I think the team does too. The constant expectations, the Harbaugh talk. The team didn't play it's best against Ohio State and I feel that pressure heaped on everyone was to blame. EVERYONE needs a little time away from THAT.

Basketball is more exciting and has been for a while because the program seems to have a higher ceiling than football, for better or for worse. There's also the anticipation of where Juwan can take us once his recruiting classes arrive on campus.

Love the clickbait title

Did not watch.

That's nice, and it is Sparty, but when your highlight is beating a 3-9 team by less than 21, it's a sign things aren't going that great.

It is my impression that the OP, Ezekiel Elliot's biblical creatures, is a troll, probably an Ohio State troll. He is not the worst behaved troll, so his identity is not always clear to the board. But as a troll, he often has a different take than the rest of us. As a troll, he will bring up topics we would not bring up, and he will have takes that are either neutral or negative. Then he will defend those takes to the ends of the earth, and those defenses and attacks can dominate the post. Why he posts in the middle of the night on our blog is a mystery.

You are a troubled person Smells.Like.Victory. You need to get with your family and closest friends, and tell them you have problems, and you can't handle them alone. Though I think they already see that.

Our football team has quickly taken on that allegorical representation of life. Have fun, have more fun, but then at the end get ready for the grim reaper. But in the meantime, have fun.

I'd rather see the video where they're celebrating beating osu...oh wait...
