wins ugly, then Bama would jump to No. 1 and if MSU wins, I will root so hard for Saban. . . . . WOW! I have never typed that in my entire life!

Just Go Hawkeyes!

The disrespekt card is like an ATM machine. D'antoni can say that the mainstream media has excluded MSU from playoff talk. "THEY don't think WE'RE good enough!" [walks around, glares at players] "THEY would rather have OHIO ST or" [pause] "MICHIGAN" [pauses and looks several players in the eye.. the players squint and ball their fists] "in the playoff!" etc etc

Update from Indianapolis:

We got to Indy about 11 Thursday night, and stayed at our friend's condo up on Meridian and 40th (about 15 minutes from downtown).  Friday, we went into to town mid-afternoon, went shopping at that mall there (I was not thrilled), and then headed to the B1G Fanfest thing at the convention center.  The three of us did the trivia show thing, which I won (prize was a gold towel that says "College Sports!  BTN Iowa."  Wife then won the mass trivia contest where about 15 of us answered multiple choice questions (another towel for this prize).  I then got my picture taken next to a big picture of Desmond doing the pose (and I'm in an Iowa hoody); this garnered accusations of me being blackmailed/beaten up by fellow Michigan fans.  There were easily 10-1 Iowa fans to MSU fans at this event.

We then headed over to Cadillac Ranch for the Hawkeye boozefest.  A Buckeye and a Badger had their picture taken together, and I offered to join them wearing my Michigan t-shirt, but the Buckeye said no way - LOL.  Rumor has it, according to a tweet from Adam Jacobi, that this place ran out of booze (after we had left).  This does not surprise me at all - things were getting VERY loose as the evening progressed.  A member of our party (we now were numbering about eight) puked her guts out on the smoking patio, and so I felt it was time to leave.  More MSU fans were out on the street, but still, Iowa fans easily dominating as far as numbers.

All in all, fun so far.  We have a mob showing up today, and we are tailgating.  Wish me luck, and go Hawks!

On BTN just a bit ago, two members of the Iowa marching band were interviewed.  One said that Iowa has been an underdog all year, and they are just excited to be here.  My wife immediately said that MSU just got disrepected LOL.

This Dantonio guy just does NOT LOSE period. Anyone thinking or betting that Iowa will win is throwing away good money. Bet the house with the farm and the animals, it will be one of the best investments you have ever made. Go Hawks, bet Green, as much as I hate to say it.

I'd feel a lot better had Iowa beaten more good teams. How do you only play 3 teams with over a .500 record? They have a grand total of 1 impressive wins this season over NW. Wisky, Minny, IU, Pitt, and Nebraska all had chances to beat them. Nebraska actually dominated them save for Tommy Atmstrong deciding to throw 4 picks, 3 of which were hilariously bad and right to defenders. MSU exposes Iowa today and it could get ugly.

They might really be the best team in the country now that they got their heads out of there asses and started Barrett.  They are the same team that Alabama and tempo spread teams like Oregon had no answer for last year.

But they'll never get to prove it BECAUSE THEY STEPPED ON THEIR OWN DICKS AT HOME ON NATIONAL TV.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah.

Agreed.  I would also like to see North Carolina beat Clemson and get into the playoff over OSU.  Do not like Swinney.  That would be about as good as it gets today sans Michigan getting invited in because Harbaugh.

Dear majestic Hayden Fry, please give your team the spirit to win today with your Hawkeyes led by a decent man Kirk Ferentz (born in Royal Oak), and I will forgive you for 1985.
