But they're playing their rival at night on the road in one of the 2-3 more hostile environments in college football.

I wouldn't look too deeply into this one game.

I'm sure they said that about us when we played shitty MSU on the road and didn't dominate.

Rivalry games and night games in hostile environments should come with disclaimers.

Never thought thier offense was anything special...they score on D and get great field position.

LSU didn't give them either and they can't do anything against a very solid D, on the road, at night, in that atmosphere.

0-0 is about right.

IMO, Michigan/Bama would be about the same at this point. Maybe 3-3.

I have no idea what we'd do with that big ass RB. Our DL would be earning their keep.

Lewis would need to shadow RIdley.

Offensively we wouldn't be able to do anything versus that D, but if we could get decent field position we could put ourselves in FG range. I think Harbaugh/Fisch/Drevno would be able to hit on some plays to Butt and our best chance would actually be on the arm of Speight.

Which was a scary thought pre-bye week. Not so much anymore.

If LSU can be tied with Alabama at the half, maybe, just maybe, we belong on the same field as the Tide.  Fournette is great, but we have a better offense than LSU, much more versatile and obviously a lot better through the air.

Before any chicken littles start worrying over the OSU/Nebraska result, remember that the Huskers needed fourth quarter rallies to beat Illinois and Purdue.

Got his legs taken out from under him, and his body sort of whipped his head into the ground?  Even on replay I'm not quite sure how he managed to hit his head so hard on that play.  It was weird the way he landed.
