Doesn't seem like an excuse. Looked like a lot of these things were getting sent out when he was in interviews/on stage. Pretty clear he wasn't doing it and he actually had been hacked.

It's against the rules and I don't like being at a competitive disadvantage, so I guess it should be punished. But, damn, I can't even fathom being morally bothered by a guy, bringing in a million a year for the program, getting a few hundred so his mom doesn't get her lights cut.
