That's a very interesting result! I assume its biased (too fast) because very few 40 times exist for age ranges 28+
I can run the 5.5 yards from my couch to my refrigerator in 40 seconds.
Does that count?

T'Vondre Sweat weighed in at 366 lbs and ran a 5.27 which is blazing fast for a guy in his size.
I highly doubt I could crack sub 6.0 seconds. And I'm still in pretty good shape.

Why didn't Braiden MacGregor do any events today?

No idea, he weighed in at 257 which is 10 lbs lighter than his listed weight. Usually, if you lose weight for the combine, you want to do the events to make yourself faster. Did he get sick?
Most of the time, a prospect try to gain weight to show themselves that they're big enough for the position and opt out of combine workout so they can workout at pro day when they lose weight.
JH nor BM ran which usually means they'll run at their pro day where you get a much more favorable time I believe it's .15 faster hand timed. The reason you wait is because you think you require the quicker time.
JH didn't run? I'm surprised Jim Harbaugh didn't run.. seems like he'd wanna prove he's still got it.
But like...come on. That can't actually work. Teams are pouring millions into player evaluations and are not going to weigh a pro day time the same as a combine time.
Pretty sure they still use laser times for the Michigan pro day, this is 2024...and hand timing can go either way, +/- .15 according to you.
Karsen Barnhart can feel better about himself today, Chop Robinson just ran a fucking 4.48
Dallas Turner ran a 4.46(!!) and he was held mostly in check in the Rose Bowl. Our O-line probably underrated this season.
I can't believe that guys who are 250 lbs are running what would be considered a solid fast time for a DB/RB/WR
Peppers ran a 4.46
