It's not only determined by camp performance. Football talent, evaluations, etc. have something to do with it.

well those are 3 talented prospects (particularly the first 2), im guessing most would be thrilled if they ended up blue so hopefully youre right.

anyone know if trey smith has interest in m? seems like the type of prospect m rarely lands and hell prob end up down south but the dudes got serious potential and plays a real position of need

Is The Opening anything more than a recruiting trick for Nike to cast out a wide net so that when one or two of these guys make it to the bigs, they'll be inclined to sign endorsement deals with Nike? You could argue it's good for the kids for exposure purposes, but those invited don't need exposure per se. They're already usually highly ranked recruits. To me, this camp seems sleezier than satellite camps. But that's just like, my opinion man....

The players get free travel and lodging for the event. They also get free Nike shoes and other Nike gear. Also, they get a chance to compete against and interact with other elite players across the country.

It sounds to me like it would be an enjoyable experience.
