FWIW I kinda wish we would have waited until OSU mop up duty. You never know what could happen with injury, and we want to be able to play him in the B1G championship, as well as both CFP games without burning the redshirt.

Beyond the four games thing, Milton also played in the 4th quarter and had a great long run.
Also, the new rules make it nearly impossible to “burn” redshirts: either you play in only four games and redshirt or you play in more and probably shouldn’t redshirt in the first place.
