HTTV 2022 - Suggestions for improvement?
Yes, it's incredibly late for this year's version, but as I re-read Hail to the Victors 2021, there are quite a few projections/evaluations that turned out to be incorrect. I'd like to see a section devoted to what the staff got right or wrong in the prior year's edition.
What would you like to see included in HTTV?
42-27
don't you know?
pump it up
Pages 27 - 42 should be dedicated solely to pictures or quotes from players about The Game, which if you don't remember, Michigan won 42-27.
I feel like this kind of happens in the season preview, though not specific to HTTV, no? But sure?
Maybe a section like that would be interesting with a hint of what those 'misses' or 'hits' mean going forward.
How about adding a metric that is returning starts or returning years in program per pos. group?
/someone yells from the back of the room
"Rutgers preview should get 10 pages"
In defense of whoever is yelling from the back of the room, Rutgers did play us closer than Ohio State.
I wish we did a HTTV season recap/ signing of the stars combo magazine instead
Come out in time for signing day.
-highlight the best wins/games of the season
-highlight the best performances of the season
-make the incoming class the focus like a recruiting magazine as well.
-have the incoming class sign copies and make $$$ on that day with a UM sponsored signing of the stars event
Brian and Seth we need to stop complaining about NIL and be the ones to drive it! Come on fellas!
Ill put in $500 right now as good faith.
30 page cover story on the coolest addition to the team... Denard.
I'm guessing HTTV will be half as long as previous editions since the staff will not have to dream up 4,791 ways to avoid mentioning having to play OSU at the end of the season.
Hear me out. If you guys are familiar with Dav Pilkey, the kids book author of Captain Underpants and Dog Man, you'll be familiar with something called Flip-O-Rama. I think HTTV would greatly benefit from adding some of that, maybe one of Haskins hurdling the OSU guy on the inevitable 42 - 27 section.
More MGoHistory articles (Craig Ross, Greg Dooley, etc) please
Perhaps a feature on MGoCollectiblesCollecting, since one book out came out last year and another is coming soon?
How about the option of making the HTTV price+shipping = $42.27 with $22.27 of that going to an MGoNIL?
Have Brian write more articles
I'd love to read a little bit of basketball stuff, either for next year or a recap of the tournament over the past decade would be amazing
Only kne thing could improve HTTV:
Leave the cover blank. Please.
I personally would love to see...

But that's just me.
How do you do the non conference games when they all have new coaches brining with them their new systems?
Watched a lot of Nevada tape for one.
I just want to see it. Whatever's in it. I keep having this recurring nightmare that I've pulled a Rip van Winkle and missed the entire kickstarter. I didn't, right?

I'm lucky I noticed the big banner on the side to order since it closes tonight. Excited to read it.
