How many people do you think were in the stadium?
They announced 57,418 but I think there was anywhere from 60,000 to 70,000. The stadium holds 110,000 and both sidelines and the north endzone were full except for the top 20 rows of the north endzone. The south endzone was decently filled up too.

I'm guessing there were about 14 people in the stadium yesterday.

It's attendance numbers for a practice. I'm sorry, but for the life of me I'll never understand fwhy this matters so much to some people.

I was fine with the announced number but thought it was pretty specific number considering we didn't go thru turnstyles or anyone counting at the gates
I would not take it too seriously.
Even for regular games, the number is an approximation. For a game with no tickets to scan, this was at most an educated guess. The ultra-precise number was just them having fun with it.

Are in town and we are getting Michigan recruits again and fielding a great team. No need to fake the attendance to keep the streak going. We will fill the Big House all the way to the National Championshp! Can't wait to travel back to Ann Arbor for at least one game this season. MSU and or OSU?
GO BLUE!!
disregard the liberal media's numbers; there were 115,438 in attendance yesterday!
jdon
I wasn't there, sadly.
So whatever the attendance count, it was one short of success. In my book. :)
And the weather was pretty spectacular from the TV vantage point!
more than anticipated, if the parking and concession reports I've heard are accurate
