Harbaugh Tweets DJ Khaled

Submitted by SBo on
Jim Harbaugh just responded to DJ Khaled's tweet : "Letting the team know winning is easy. The goal is winning more! The key is Winning MORE" with the 100 emoji. Love this guy

My personal take on what it mean is Harbaugh's plan next year is to win it all. He stated after the season "we're going for the big one next year" whatever that means. And I think with all the decommits and the negative press he wants to remind others we will be winning at all cost next year.

Looks as if Harbaugh successfully nailed the ref with a behind the back playbook toss as a means to unleash his fury towards said ref. Hilarious. Not sure why I haven't seen this before.

He doesn't touch Drevno or the ref...

It was his first blow up of the season, not sure how any could've missed it. It's the original. The first.

He just slung the papers, but I believe he has the notes on a teather of some sort which is why it slings like that. Regardless, it didn't hit Drevno and it definitely didn't hit the ref who was 5 yards in front of him.

It refers to keeping the sentiment/reply/answer 100% real, with no bullshit about it. Keepin' it real, sho you right, I heard that, that ain't no bullshit, I got your six...all apply to keeping it real and don't bring any bullshit into it. I'm gettin' up there too my friend, but try to stay current so I can understand what's going on in the world. It's all fast paced and changing daily, and if you keep up with world news (not the homogenized shit people are spoon-fed by corporate networks here) it makes it easier to understand. Aging is not an excuse for ignorance....

when your position is all about working with young men, to not keep yourself abreast of all that is important to them is a recipe for disaster and you should probably look into another line of work. I do think, along with a strong likelihood that Jay, along with all the Harbaughs that have precceded him, will become a very good coach, that his presence makes it much easier for Jim to stay in line with all that is relevant to those aged 17 - 23.  Therefore, a very wise move. Ty, obviously, is a father of a very talented young man so undoubtedly he is made aware of the ever changing lexicon used by the kids of this age. And, as that recent article pointed out, we got more than a good RB coach with this hire. That piece really showed the depth of this man and what a "world class father he is."  I'm guessing big things in store for Mr. Wheatley. My hope is for a bond much like Bo had with Mo and Lloyd, both comfortable as his assistants, with no real desire to be the head man but when it was their time, both proved more than capable.

The one member of the staff that surprised me was Mattison. When the recruits would talk about their Michigan visit, many of them said things like, "Yeah, I just assumed I would go into his office and he would have some country-western music playing. But instead he had hip-hop playing and he is a very cool dude." Referring to Mattison as Dude is telling.

Even without being a football coach, I, at age 63, try to keep up with understanding what the younger generation is saying and when I hear a new phrase I do not hesitate to ask its meaning. I agree with you, I don't think growing older is an excuse for distancing yourself from those younger. I will admit to not necessarily liking their music, but when they say something, I damn sure want to understand it, not as a pretense of being "hip" but due to nothing more or less than having friends that range in age from the early 20s to the early 80s. Although I won't necessarily change my speech pattern, I think, unless I have decided they have nothing to teach me - something that would be unwise - I damn sure better be able to understand what they are saying. I simply like people, no matter their age. It's ridiculous, imo, to isolate yourself from a certain segment by not displaying the willingness to stay up-to-date. I also find it necessary just to get the most out of the news and other forms of verbal exchange. I hope I am not unusual in recognizing there are many interesting people in the world, and obviously they aren't going to be limited to a certain age group.

Sorry and don't want to steal the thread but.....

I heard from my step-brother's cousin's fiance's sister's half brother's niece that harbaugh just cut his nails because they were, and I quote, "putting up a nearly insurmountable fight". Is this thread worthy?
