Harbaugh dreaming of collaborating with Brady

TLDR: Harbaugh thinking out loud about trying to get Tom Brady to open a TB12 in Ann Arbor, getting Woodson, Jeter, and Nike involved in the project.

Would be awesome...but would it be legal (crootin wise)?

He wants to get into business. He was on CNBC with Bob Kraft, and I believe that's a big part of what his Uggs relationship is about. He'll definitely consult with the team I'd bet, definitely be around the program, but I think jetsetting businessman is his vision. More power to him.

consulting, business, trying to pick up pro golf, etc - brady will have to tackle something competitive on a daily basis or he might lose his mind.  insanely competitive and successful people like brady typically cant just flip an "off" switch, at least for sustained periods of time.

mj started spending like 12 hours per day at the golf course after retirement (competing against others and against himself to improve his game).  brady will find something to attack, just highly doubt its ever coaching.  but hes got plenty of time to hash it out since that maniac thinks he can play for another 10 years (not saying i doubt it)!

I don't get it.... Googled TB12 and saw a bunch of exercise stuff and hats. The hats are ugly/ nothing special. Never heard of the brand before today.

it's a joint business with his life coach dude whose name I can't exactly remember. The dude is one of those new-age homeopathy kind of guys that practices alternative medicine and pushes preventative health measure rather reactionary type medicines. Brady swears by it, and says his friend's methods saved his career after he had that infected surgery and was told by 'traditional' doctors he may not play again at all and not for another year if he did.

program to the brand's holy trinity of MJ, Jeter and Woodson among many other athletes (Chris Paul, Dez Bryant, LaMarr Woodley, Mike Trout, HARBAUGH).

However I think Tom Brady is an Under Armour guy? Too bad... Get him moved over to Jumpman!

Brady and his “body coach” developed the TB12 method to develop and sustain peak performance.

If anyone needed a body coach it was Brady.

Also, if I'm reading right, Harbaugh is worried about things that students do on vacation, so he's having them spend Spring Break in Florida to remove temptation.

I sure hope their private conversations go better than their interactions at the recruiting event.  Brady looked a bit baffled when Jimmy mentioned they'd added to the "Those who stay......" saying/sign and also with the global warming joke.  I'm sure it wasn't a big deal, but coach can get awkward when he goes off script.

I've always wondered whether Brady and Woodson will be more involved once their playing days are over. maybe not coaching capacity, but even just a presence around the program. 2 hall of famers being involved has to help recruiting (I mean legally of course).

I've read a ton about Brady and his "sketchy" trainer. As far as that guys business ventures go, he does seem super shady. But the results of his training have been tremendous. It's not really a recovery thing as more of a "get ahead of it" thing. It works ligaments, etc... Now I'm not sure how it would work on athletes outside of quarterbacks who don't run much, but the science behind it makes sense.

But as some have said already, the UA thing seems like it would hold this back, unless it was TB12 specific.
