I jist read that Harbaugh added Roman to his Stanford staff from HS level. This had me thinking...how many of the coaches that harbaugh added to his staff from HS have ended up moving up the ranks to be successful NFL/college coordinators or head coaches?

Roman getting canned in Buffalo is the best thing that could happen for him.
Rex Ryan is a professional arsonist and Buffalo is just another one of his dumpster fires.

The real question is how many more teams will be stupid enough to hire Rex Ryan.

Can Harbaugh take him on as an analyst, like Sarkisian at Bama?
What are the rules on that sort of thing?
