Football Team shows up at hockey game

Football team got Yost on their feet when they showed up unexpectedly during the game!!  Go Blue!!

Awesome team move.  Why not enjoy one of the best teams wins ever in college football the entire day !  Will say this team is really special.  Full of poise, ballers and gamers with great chemistry.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, the amount of love every athletic program here at Michigan shows each other is something special. Love the culture that’s being cultivated at the finest university in the world. Go Blue!

I may be the only one, but watching the football team slip and slide on the ice had me feeling like watching my 5 year old get adventurous at the playground. Excited for it but also praying no one gets hurt.

Ice rink is WAY harder and WAY colder than people might guess, if you've never been on one.

Watching the video of the crowd giving the football team the ovation reminds me of the night in 1997 when Woodson won the Heisman - the ceremony was during a hockey game at Yost, and they announced Woodson's win and the crowd went crazy....

I have been watching Michigan football since 1983.  I will say that the last 2 seasons (2021,2022) have been 2 of my favorite seasons (teams).  You can tell Harbaugh has great team chemistry with these guys and they are all bought into the TEAM.

This is a nice gesture and all, but let’s not pretend it hasn’t been done before.  Now, my memory may be a little cloudy, but didn’t sparty football players attend a sparty hockey function some years back?  The details elude me right now, but I’m SURE it was a very similar situation, given the fact that it involved the fine young men brought in during the Dantonio era. Had to be.
