Heard the same thing.
Gary has been at least 51% Michigan this whole time flirting with USC, Ole Miss, etc... now Clemson... If he's going to play DT & DE in College all the others make sense... BUt doesn't Clemson use the Taller, Leaner DE's (6'4/6'5 230 guys)... I may be entirley wrong in that, but just my observation.

is a QB away from being an also ran in the ACC. Watson is a game changer, just like Denard was here. Their skillsets were different - but without him, they won't be at the same level they were last year. Michigan is on the rise ... and Gary knows that !

Regardless of the source, what's the reasoning here? Clemson is a top program than churns out good to great DE and DL's and has a prominent head couch and DC. Not that I don't think Michigan is anything but a 90% lock, but why is Clemson considered zero threat?

Analysts across the board are in agreement that if he skipped Alabama and takes the Clemson OV that sugnals the end of his recruitment. You should just go ahead and credit Rivals for the info though. They have been all over this.

But then again, maybe Gary was just pretending to want to go to Michigan so that his buddy Dwumfour could get that scoli offer? That would be wicked if Gary played Harbaugh in that way and ended up going to USC.
