So how do we trust the coaches here, when the coaches obviously disagree?

Good luck to Pep - Who will be the scapegoat if we do not dominate next year?

Are you saying the head coach deserves blame? Are you crazy? Fans will find someone else to yell at

Good good

Oh happy day!

Bout damn time. Hopefully Harbaugh has learned his lesson about hiring his flunky NFL buddies.

I thought Pep was our only lock for the 4 star saftey Q Johnson signing tomorrow.

He supposedly already signed, and Gattis has a much better rep in the DMV than Pep.

this had to happen at some point... looking forward to Gattis' offense <knock on wood> being unfettered...

I never want to see anyone lose a job but thank goodness. I saw something about this earlier in the day but didn’t want to post, afraid it was just another rumor.
I thank him for his service to M and hope he lands on his feet but it’s time to move on.

He's made enough money to retire already, I'm sure he'll be fine
February 5th, 2019 at 5:07 PM ^
I won't laud this until I see a change. I'm not fully convinced that Pep was really the issue

Colts fans seem to differ from your standpoint.

Hell yeah...time to get back to tiny slot dots and a Rich Rod based offense!

I wonder if harbaugh is having a presser tomorrow? If so probably made this move to avoid the questions haha.

I hope McDaniels' first name is Josh.

Come on people Pep isn't a scapegoat. Pep is a fine football coach and a good fit for an NFL pro style system. We are just going in a different direction. Pep made huge improvements 2018 vs 2017 but just not enough to be elite in the college game.
Gattis better produce, just sayin.
February 6th, 2019 at 2:17 AM ^
Pep’s main issue is he never carried his weight in recruiting.

Officially no coaches from Harbaugh’s Stanford days at Michigan with him.
Crazy at this point to say that feels good given we were talking about the “Stanfordization” of the program back in 2015.
We got it. And it didn’t work against Urban Meyer.
Harbaugh sees this. And with Urban out and Day in, he sees the opportunity to take advantage. Shea is gonna be damn close to being a Heisman finalist this year.
