If a penalty takes place after a 4th down stop, shouldn't it be assessed after the turnover on downs?

I think Allar threw his first pick of his career and that was another rare pick by McCord, and the fact these two middling QBs have such streaks show you how college offenses now can insulate mediocre guys from tough attempts at the expense of explosiveness.  McCarthy sometimes makes questionable throws but he's light-years better than any of these guys at actually making plays.

I swear if you only saw Joe Milton highlight film you'd think he was the perfect QB.  That was a great throw by him on a day where he's 6/8 for 68 yards.

Marvin Harrison has to get blasted by an LB or even a DL when he runs a crossing route like that. That just has to be part of any defense against McCord's OSU.
