we did, so it will take a few years to rebuild and dig out, it's going as projected, with two all world QB's in the hopper so we shall see. I hope Wisconsin makes it a game, gives them a rough time because the Bucknuts arrogance at this point is beyond out of control. They literally beilieve it impossible that they can lose. What a bunch of @sshats, cooler poopers.

This is likely true. But they're still playing the #2 team in the country at home. Not hard to get up for that game. And if they win on Saturday, it comes with the driver's seat for the B1G West. Lots of motivation there.

I'll tune into see the Wisconsin/Ohio State game, but I don't know how much I'm going to value the outcome. Wisconsin is a legit defense, but it wasn't like they stuffed us all day. Ohio State is the real deal offensively and I don't see a world where the Badgers put near enough points up to make that game close. Do I think Wisconsin is good? Yes. Do I think they have the confidence and moxie to beat Ohio State? I guess time will tell, but I just don't see it. I'd bet the house that Ohio State beats Wisconsin something like 28-10.

I do think OSU will take a quarter or so to get going. Night games at Camp Randall are tough, but their offense is easily tops in the conference right now, and their defense is likely going to do to Wisconsin what we did to them. Or something close to it.

Wisconsin will come out emotionally charged, maybe force a turnover, get some early points and send the stadium into a frenzy. But they just don't have anywhere close to the firepower on offense that they'd need to keep up with OSU. And by the middle of the 3rd, I think Barrett and Co. are just going to wear their defense down.

OSU carries a close 17-7 into halftime, but breaks it open to a 35-14 victory.

The best defense OSU has played to date is Tulsa. The defenses they have played are Tulsa at 61st, Rutgers (84th), Oklahoma (88th) and Bowling Green (127th). Certainly they are talented but if Michigan had faced nothing resembling a functional defense to this point, the narrative would be that we know nothing about the offense yet.

I think their offense should be considered elite until proven otherwise. Wisconsin has a better defense than anyone they've played so far, but I'd be surprised if they held them under 30. With that said, I hope Wisconsin beats the hell out of 'em.

OSU has every chance of falling on its face in this one.  If last weekend was held at Camp Randall, things could have easily gone the other way.  I've never been to Norman, but I can't imagine many places worse to play an away college football game than in Madison.

How about we pay attention to the next game? We have a lot of teams left to play, so why are we in a rush to talk about the end of the season Suckeye match?

Common dude you've been here long enough to know better than that.

And last time I checked the TEAM needs to concentrate on the next game.  We posters on message boards can focus all willy-nilly on anything that suits our fancy.  We can look past teams (like I am with Rutgers), we can disrezpct our rivals (looking at you Sparty) and generally do anything we want.

I was about to say that, but about threads that provide an ill-conceived, ill-formatted post from the mobile app and no link. Those tend to end well.

As for projected lines, I was perusing the Sagarin Rankings today and it has been a long time since I've seen Ohio State and Michigan that high - 1 and 3, in fact.

102.40 (OSU) -95.04 (Michigan) =7.36 + 2.59 (HFA) = 9.95 points in favor of Ohio State, which is close to line above. Call me intrigued about what this game could be / mean certainly.

...but win or lose, a quick perusal of the 11W/Bucknuts comments section should be ample reassurance that no amount of football success is worth spending a second in those mouth-breathing, sister-fondling cretins' collective shoes,
