Great Britain is an island. If the UK is his leader and you say "Damn you" to Great Britain, Northern Ireland will be like totally pissed (angry, not drunk).
February 14th, 2013 at 5:47 AM ^
Damn you, Northern Ireland.

Please take your politics to an IRA board.

Why does Weintraub care about what happens to Northren Ireland?
February 14th, 2013 at 9:45 AM ^
We haven't even offered Harris.
February 14th, 2013 at 11:33 AM ^
Yes we have.
February 14th, 2013 at 5:04 PM ^
In this case, by "we", I meant Northern Ireland. Do try to keep up.
February 14th, 2013 at 8:51 AM ^
Irish you say? I'm quite sure they'll be pissed drunk too.
February 14th, 2013 at 7:09 AM ^
is simply retaliating by going after Drake Harris. I think all of Europe is sick of Mark Dantonio recruiting successes with European recruits. If you didn't know, Coach D's recruiting is international.....

They'll have their revenge on us colonists one way or the other!

Is Kentucky next year's Ole Mi$$?
I kid, I kid.
February 14th, 2013 at 4:32 AM ^
...but seriously.
February 14th, 2013 at 2:10 AM ^
Kentucky offered him. Guessing it was a mistake on his profile where it had him naming them his leaders. No stories or quotes even close to that as far as I can tell.

Its the place you continue the party at after having been at Keeneland (horsetrack) all day, and by continue the party I mean stay in the parking lot and watch the game on the satellite TV in your trunk rather than actually going into the stadium.
February 14th, 2013 at 4:42 AM ^
This is false information. Kentucky merely offered him. If he's serious about playing football instead of basketball, he isn't going there.
February 14th, 2013 at 4:53 AM ^
Kentucky did better in recruiting with Stoops as thier coach. After the win 2-3 games this year again, Harris will realize.

I think I speak for most of us when I say... Huh?
February 14th, 2013 at 5:53 AM ^
I mean, they have a history of great receivers at Kentucky. There's Craig Yeast and...umm...

Cobb, from Green Bay

He only threw 122 passes in college, so he played a fair amount of QB (especially as a freshman) but not as much as WR.

Stevie Johnson isn't too shabby. Albeit much better in the pros than he ever was college.

I have no idea what Drake Harris will do in the end. Hopefully he will commit to us. As far as railing on Kentucky, they obviously don't have a strong football tradition but their class would have been above average in the Big Ten this year. Damn, now I sound like Urban Meyer.

Not officially. Still a "soft verbal" per Rivals.

Sounds like it's a George Costanza "I was in the pool!" soft verbal at this point!!

He said he views Michigan State to be even with all the other schools that have offered. He may not have called up Dantonio and officially decommitted, but the kid is not going to play football at Michigan State.
These Kentucky rumors seem to be baseless, but the truth is that Kentucky would probably be my #1 choice of school for Drake Harris if he eventually spurns Michigan. Let's keep him away from Ohio, MSU, Notre Dame, and any team that we might see in a bowl game one day. Kind of like how I feel about Treadwell -- I wish he'd came to Michigan, but at least he's at Ole Miss and we don't have to deal with defending the kid for the next four years.

Lexington is like Knoxville in terms of the raw number of super hot girls with rich dads. Right up there with Scottsdale and Eugene.

If I wanted the names of UK leaders I would use Google, I certainly wouldn't ask a high school kid. You guys are taking recruiting way too seriously.

Apparently it's a system glitch. They offered yesterday; they don't lead.
