Don't look now... Upset night in men's B-ball

Seton Hall also handled Georgetown easily. Take care of business this weekend and we could bump into the top 10 perhaps

I am shocked to see Gtown play so badly. Any conference game on the road is tough, but to be the best defense (arguably) in the Big East and give up 70+ is awful.

that will help NW after they lost to Michigan tonight
February 21st, 2012 at 11:14 PM ^
Sarcasm? Seton Hall looks like they locked their spot up.
February 21st, 2012 at 11:15 PM ^
So it makes their win over them look better.

Northwestern and Seton Hall are both in the last four in. Northwestern has to root against every other bubble team.

It's funny about Seton Hall: historically they're not that great, but because of '89 (when I was 7) I always feel like they should be a tournament team. I can't help it, it's an impression from small times that won't go away.

fuck that game. weve been losing bad on the road to mediocre opposition all year. pittsburg and now this. ugh. at least michigan won so my night wasnt a complete downer.

At this point, Kentucky's got the 1-seed pretty well locked up. The Big 12 is a crapshoot, though.

Now you just jinxed Miss St. Also, besides that cheerleader who posed for Playboy, I'll never ever root for them. Go Cats

I'd guess MSU (not that MSU) has 1000 girls who are hotter.
February 22nd, 2012 at 12:00 AM ^
I don't know who that Miss St girl is, but I gotta say - the Ashley Judd UK hockey poster? NICE.
February 22nd, 2012 at 12:49 AM ^
Who would have thought UK had a hockey team. Also, check out the Playboy girls of the SEC issue. Sooo many hotties.
February 22nd, 2012 at 8:08 AM ^
Wait until you get your hands on the girls of America's best engineering schools issue... Cal Tech, MIT, and Carnegie Mellon included (obviously Michigan was placed in the Big Ten issue).

NW thread is a mess so I'll try and ask here: was it just my crappy TV or were those Michigan jerseys a different shade of maize than the ones we wore on Saturday? I'm guessing it was just a combo of my crap TV and B1G feed, but I was hoping we had more of an actual maize jersey.
February 21st, 2012 at 11:15 PM ^
They looked different to me too. I'm not sure if they actually were though. Different lighting, cameras, etc. could've been the cause. We'll have to see them again to tell if they really changed.
February 21st, 2012 at 11:39 PM ^
I noticed was the jerseys seemed different. Figured it was just me or my tv or something, Didn't pay much attention after that and forgot.
Huge win!
February 21st, 2012 at 11:04 PM ^
and now UK is ahead. Way to jinx it jinxer

BInghamton, getting its first win this season to improve to 1-26...against Vermont, one of the top teams in the (admittedly weak) conference.
Good to see my undergrad alma mater finally getting on the board.

Watch out for Florida. They're peaking at just the right time. Oh. Also watch out for Michigan.

michigan was +2.5 in vegas...another upset!
