Do we know the officials for Saturday’s game?
November 28th, 2019 at 10:54 PM ^
O’Neill - known Michigan hater, best have other plans
November 28th, 2019 at 10:57 PM ^
When you know it's O'neill take the underdog. They cover 68% of the time. No other ref crew is close.
When gambling becomes legal in Michigan
Hence O'neil crew doesn't hate Michigan, they ref favoring the underdog. This is why we and PSU hate him so much.
November 28th, 2019 at 11:10 PM ^
Why don’t OSU fans hate him then?
November 28th, 2019 at 11:33 PM ^
Because when they lose it's by 30?
November 29th, 2019 at 10:39 AM ^
Because they aren't a bunch of whiny pussies.
November 28th, 2019 at 11:17 PM ^
Well, that would be good for Michigan, say?
November 28th, 2019 at 11:34 PM ^
We're not an underdog often. Might be confirmation bias. But I've never seen him in a Michigan game when we're an underdog.
November 28th, 2019 at 11:32 PM ^
Huh. Sounds like he could make a lot of money betting on the underdog to cover.
I wonder how big his yacht is.
November 28th, 2019 at 10:54 PM ^
I think its usually kept under wraps for gambling purposes.
I'm sure its findable on some part of the dark web.
November 29th, 2019 at 8:03 AM ^
Truth.
In between heroin-dealers and rocket launcher purchasing.
November 28th, 2019 at 10:55 PM ^
Hopefully, not in the biblical sense.
November 28th, 2019 at 10:56 PM ^
Perhaps not that guy...
But the refs don't influence the game at all, right?
FFS
November 28th, 2019 at 11:00 PM ^
I heard his hand is still stuck to Weber's ass......
November 29th, 2019 at 7:24 AM ^
I heard it was stuck inside.
November 28th, 2019 at 10:58 PM ^
Guys wearing black and white striped shirts with whistles in their mouths.....
November 28th, 2019 at 11:10 PM ^
“whistles”... uh huh
November 28th, 2019 at 11:17 PM ^
Yellow flags in their pockets????
November 29th, 2019 at 9:06 AM ^
Or are they just happy to see me?
November 28th, 2019 at 11:00 PM ^
Quit drinking and go to bed
November 28th, 2019 at 11:07 PM ^
Definitely going to need some whistles going in UM's favor.
November 28th, 2019 at 11:22 PM ^
Yellow flags, too.
November 28th, 2019 at 11:29 PM ^
I still say we should go back to keeping a couple live Wolverines on the sidelines.
Make refs and opponents think twice about pissing us off.
November 29th, 2019 at 12:30 AM ^
Been an ugly week for MGoPosters.
November 29th, 2019 at 8:59 AM ^
It's been an ugly 3 months for AreYouNew.
November 29th, 2019 at 11:32 AM ^
I haven't suggested throwing wet towels at refs, deploying bomb sniffing dogs to find drugs on OSU players, sending strippers to their hotel, loudly honking to keep them awake, poisoning Buckeye trees, etc. I have maintained my sanity, unlike much of the board who carry strange beliefs that if we just had less "class", we would beat OSU.
I'm just a guy who is going to watch a football game on Saturday and can't help but make snide comments toward the fascinating animalistic behavior I'm seeing on here in the build-up. It has been pitiful seeing grownups act this way but certainly not boring!
November 29th, 2019 at 2:53 AM ^
Been wondering that myself. I searched high and low on the webs and haven’t found it yet.
I did find a couple articles from a Lansing newspaper stating the officials for Michigan State games well in advance, so I assume the info is out there, I’m just not sure where to look.
November 29th, 2019 at 5:53 AM ^
Is it me, or should the officials name not be public or known until game day.
November 29th, 2019 at 6:41 AM ^
Dude, it's Ann Arbor. Drug sniffing dogs will draw protests from NORML
weed's pretty much legal and they don't have anything else to do.
November 29th, 2019 at 9:43 AM ^
That’s why you lie like Ohio State and state they’re for bombs.
November 29th, 2019 at 7:04 AM ^
More importantly are they from OHIO again with ties to Ohio St
November 29th, 2019 at 7:22 AM ^
If the BigTen once again has an Ohio Referee crew doing this game while playing grab fanny with the Buckeye players I will be mad enough to want Michigan to break off of the BigTen.
November 29th, 2019 at 7:29 AM ^
That crew did the UM/MSU game, so they shouldn’t be here. O’Neil, on the other hand, did the ND game and hasn’t worked OSU since before our ND game. This is most likely who we get.
November 29th, 2019 at 9:43 AM ^
That crew threw a lot of flags Michigans way when they targeted DPJ and Nico.
November 29th, 2019 at 8:20 AM ^
As usual, my conspiracy theory is that since OSU is #1 the conference will want to get them the top spot in the playoffs. Hope not. Gotta play well enough to take them out of THE GAME
November 29th, 2019 at 8:32 AM ^
Especially as (1) the conference has missed the playoffs for 2 straight years and (2) the 1 seed will get a much weaker 4 seed than the 2 seed's 3 seed opponent this year.
November 29th, 2019 at 8:34 AM ^
Anyone who doesn't understand the B1Gs stake in this game is kidding themselves.
November 29th, 2019 at 9:57 AM ^
I’m thinking the Buckeyes will still make the playoffs if they lose this game. They’re still going to the B1G championship game no matter what and are gonna crush whomever they play in it.
November 29th, 2019 at 10:18 AM ^
If they win the B1G Championship there's no way they get left out if their one loss is to us. They just drop out of the #1 spot is all.
November 29th, 2019 at 11:52 AM ^
Ohio State with one loss and the B1G championship will get into the playoffs. Michigan at 10-2 will get the best bowl payoff.
This is logically the best course of action for the financial interests of the B1G as a whole.
November 29th, 2019 at 8:41 AM ^
The loan officials from Ohio Bank & Trust will be there in case any buckeye players need a no-interest personal loan.
November 29th, 2019 at 11:16 AM ^
An SEC crew would help us tremendously.
November 29th, 2019 at 11:31 AM ^
I would love to see a game with the officiating one sides in favor of Michigan. I don’t care about morals, dignity, or whatever else someone will say back about my opinion. I don’t really care anymore. I just want a win.
November 29th, 2019 at 1:03 PM ^
I gotta be honest, last year's officiating in The Game was very generous to Michigan. They knew there could not be a repeat of 2016. We got the benefit of the doubt more than I have ever seen in an Ohio State game.
Good thing we put that to good use.
Oh, wait . . .
