Creative Scrimmage
If we can't have a football season, is there any chance we can have a single scrimmage (run just like a game) against MSU at Ford Field.
Massive testing of players, refs, and coaches beforehand. Move the players and coaches into a bubble before the game. Refs wear masks during the game and are tested. No one in the stands - TV and radio would pick it up.
If done well with testing and a bubble, the risk should miniscule.
The entire season as one game for all the marbles (Paul Bunyan).
If we can't have that - could we at least have a Blue vs Maize scrimmage on TV?

To live football for 1 weekend. I know a swimmer at UofM that is depressed about the loss of sports.
Pulling off a season would be tough with covid. Pulling of a single game against an instate team shouldn't be too tough.

To have a real football game against another team. Would also give the players a reason to want to continue to practice.

We know how Michigan State players act after the whistle. You want to subject our players to that just for the sake of a scrimmage? I promise you MSU won't treat it like a scrimmage.
I know we're all bored and miss football but this ain't it.

JH should just call up Dantonio and tell him our team will be celebrating Halloween at Ford Field at noon on 10/31. We will be dressed up as the Delaware football team.
MSU, if not chicken, should also show up at the same time. They should wear Norfolk State uniforms.

I doubt MSU would want to get their ass kicked. But I wouldn't mind seeing a McCaffrey vs Milton team scrimmage.

Ditto this--I would like to see Maize vs Blue scrimmage.
Anything where MSU would have an excuse why the got their asses kicked over their shoulders---no thanks.
